  • A: Our cheesecakes are light and fluffy, which means they will crumble if the knife is not warm.

  • A: Run your knife under hot running water, cut your slice, wipe the knife off, run under hot water again. Repeat each time you slice!

• Q: How soon can my cheesecake be ready by?

  • A: A 2-business day notice is required for all orders.

  • *If you need your cheesecake by Tuesday, you need to place your order no later than Thursday, as we’re closed on Mondays.

• Q: Do you have a storefront?

  • A: A Cheesecake Situation is an online bakery, which means we focus on delivery and shipping. You can also place your order for pickup.

• Q: What areas do you deliver to and what’s the delivery fee?

  • A: Delivery is available to our customers in the Uptown Charlotte area for $7. Greater Charlotte addresses will incur higher delivery fees.

• Q: What days are available for Delivery?

  • A: You can select the following delivery days:

    • Tuesdays-Saturdays from 10:00am-6:00pm

• Q: What days are available for Pickup?

  • A: You can select the following days for pickup:

    • Tuesdays from 2:00pm-5:00pm

    • Wednesdays-Saturdays from 11:00am-5:00pm

• Q: Where do I pick up my order from?

  • A: Uptown Charlotte. Address and directions will be given once order is confirmed.

• Q: Do you have employees?
